Return/exchange Policy

• Items can be returned within 30 days of the ship date
• All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags included
• Items marked as final sale are ineligible for a return or an exchange
• It can take up to 5-10 business days from when we receive the item(s) to process your return
• We will not accept items with dirt, stains, hair, etc.

• All items are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any any kind, either express or implied. If an item is unsatisfactory, you may return in accordance with the return/exchange policy.
• While we strive to provide accurate sizing information, variations in fit may occur due to differences in body shape and proportions.
• We do not guarantee the performance, durability or longevity of any clothing purchased. Factors such as individual wear and tear, fabric composition and environmental conditions can affect the performance of the product. The colors and appearance of the clothing items may vary slightly from what is displayed on our website or in-store due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions and manufacturing processes. We do not guarantee exact color accuracy.
• Vertige Adaptive shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In the even this disclaimer of liability is not permissible in your jurisdiction, Vertige Adaptive’s liability shall be capped at the cost of the item claimed to cause damages.
