4. How Company Uses Your Personal Information
Company may collect Personal Information directly from you, indirectly through technology, and from third party’s included on Customer’s platform, Site and Services, service providers, professionals, and partners. Personal information may include information that you provide including identifiers and non-public personal information such as full name, contact details, user account information, credit or debit card information that you provide for reasons such a digital payment, recorded customer service calls and chats and photos you give to Company. Company may supplement the information collected about you through the Services and Site with records from third parties to better serve you and offer tailored content and products. The Services and SIte may include links to Third-Party sites and plug-ins. Company does not control Third-Party Sites’ information collection practices and Company is not responsible for them. Third Party Sites’ privacy policies govern their information collection practices. Some Third-Party Sites link to the Services and Site and share information with Company use of vendor services obtained through reference of the Site and Services.


6. Communications.
By using the Site and Services, you agree to receive communications from Company, including texts, calls, and push notifications to the phone number you provided. Standard text messaging charges may apply. These communications may include operational updates, promotional messages, and news about Company and industry developments. You are not required to consent to promotional messages to use the Services. If your contact number changes, you agree to promptly update Company. You confirm that you have consent from authorized users on your account to receive these communications. Your consents will remain valid even if you cancel your account. You can opt out of receiving promotional messages at any time. To stop receiving all texts, including informational ones, reply "STOP" to any message from Company, though this may affect your use of the Services. When you contact a service professional or vendor through Company’s provided telephone number, Company may potentially contract a third party to mask your phone number, but are under no obligation to do so. Company, and, in the event Company contracts with such third party, such third party may receive and store call details in real-time, including the date, time, parties' numbers, and SMS content. If you message a service professional or requester within the app or through the Services, Company may utilize a third party to handle communications. Both Company and any such third party
may receive and store message details in real-time, encompassing the date, time, and message content.


7. Business or Asset Transfer or Sale
Company may be sold, sell, or buy businesses or assets of businesses, or merge with another business. In such transactions, personal information generally is one of the transferred business assets. Also, if Company, a line of business of Company, or substantially all the assets of Company are transferred, personal information may be one of the transferred assets. Company will make a reasonable effort to provide notice on the Services or Site of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information and you are responsible for accessing the Services or Site and this Policy to obtain notification any such changes or any other updates.

The intention of the Services and Site is to connect vendors and customers and this may involve direct marketing purposes. Residents of Virginia, Colorado and Connecticut have additional rights, including the right to Access, Correct and Delete Personal Information, as well as the Right to Opt out of Targeted Advertising, Sales and Profiling. You also have the right to Appeal our decisions related to your privacy rights. Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of certain covered information collected by online operators.
Company does not currently sell covered information.

11. Compliance
To the extent any of the terms of this Privacy Policy conflict or otherwise do not comply with any
applicable regulations, such terms shall be modified to the extent possible to bring such terms into compliance with such regulations while achieving the underlying intention, to the extent legally possible. If any provision is found to be out of compliance with any applicable regulations and is unable to be modified to be brought into compliance while achieving the underlying intention, such provision shall be void and the remainder of the Policy shall remain in place with the exclusion of such provision.

When a merchant uses the app, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account such as email, first name, last name, and shop information (shop domain, shop currency, shop address …). We collect this information to provide you with our Services; for example, to confirm your identity, contact you, provide customer support when you contact us, and provide you with advertising and marketing activities.

Information collected from Affiliates

When an affiliate signs up to join a program, we collect some information to inform merchants such as email, personal information, payment details, and social network information,...The information would help the merchant evaluate the affiliate's background and potential, along with process-specific activities within the app, and contact the affiliate if needed.

Information collected from Customers when visiting the merchant's website

In order to track referral orders, when customers visit a merchant's website and make a purchase, Secomapp system will collect information about orders such as total order, order items, and order ID,....
